Kpop group Stray Kids has successfully completed the activities of their 2nd full-length album, ‘NOEASY’ with the title track ‘Thunderous.’
With this, it clearly proves their ‘K-pop 4th generation leader’ aspect.
Stray Kids continued their follow-up activities with the b-side song ‘DOMINO’ following the title song ‘Thunderous’ of the 2nd full-length album ‘NOEASY,’ released on August 23.
They wrapped up their second full album activities with SBS ‘Inkigayo’ on September 26.
The members attract attention with various point dances such as floating performances with ‘Thunderous.’
Fans are spitting out words to cheer them up. So, Stray Kids once again showed their presence as the ‘K-Performance Leader’ with intense energy.
Stray Kids made remarkable results in their 2nd full album ‘NOEASY’, and made a significant mark on the group’s history. Global fans highly anticipated the album after winning on Mnet’s ‘Kingdom: Legendary War.’
Also, the album surged 12.1 million cumulative shipments as of September 27. This is the first million-seller record by JYP Entertainment. Stray Kids enjoyed being a ‘Million Selling Artist’ after three years of debut. Earlier, the pre-order volume recorded 930,000 copies on the day of the album release. Then, they prove a strong record power by ranking 1st on the Gaon’s retail album chart in the 35th and 36th weeks of 2021. Also, they ranked 1st on the monthly album chart in August.
The album and title song ‘Thunderous’ succeeded in ranking on seven categories on the US Billboard chart on September 4. It became popular with good results on various domestic and foreign charts. Bangchan, Changbin, and Han of 3RACHA took charge of composing ‘Thunderous.’
It topped the Worldwide iTunes song chart on the day of its release. Also, it topped the iTunes song chart in 52 regions overseas as of August 24. On Spotify’s global top 200 chart, it entered 104th place and raised its ranking to 86th place. Remarkably, Stray Kids won first place on cable music programs such as KBS 2TV’s Music Bank and SBS’s Inkigayo for the first time since their debut with ‘Thunderous.’
Overall, they won a total of six music awards with ‘Thunderous.’
The ‘Thunderous’ music video aims to achieve 100 million views in the shortest period. It has surpassed 10 million views on YouTube in about 21 hours and 46 minutes. Then, after six days, it surpassed 50 million views, continuing to get high views with fruitful attractions. It includes harmony between tradition and modern times and colorful performances. As of 7 am on September 29, it is running toward 100 million views with 85.54 million views.
