Red Velvet member Irene showed her bright appearance after the controversy.
On March 29th, there’s a video posted on Red Velvet’s official YouTube channel under the title ‘A Present for ReVeluv.’
On March 29th, she communicates with ReVeluv (fandom name) to celebrate her birthday. Irene first painted cute pictures for her birthday content logo. Then she made her own whipped cream cake, decorated it, and then blown the candles. Irene always enjoyed her birthday with a bright expression.
Next, she headed to the Han River to ride a bicycle. Irene, who had a good time with her bicycle, was not good at cycling. But afterward, she returned home and took time to look back on the past calmly. Irene showed off her childhood photos to the camera and even showed pictures from her trainee days.
Particularly, Irene recited the lyrics she wrote in her rap class in the past and said, “There are a lot of days I just sat on the stairs and practiced. So I wasn’t going up or down, so I felt like I am now. I heard your voices every time. You beside me, and always next to me. Thank you so much. Thank you so much. Let’s not forget this moment,” she recalled.
Finally, Red Velvet member Irene said, “Like the title of my content, ‘IRENE’S RECORD,’ I wanted to share memories of my old records with you, so I took a picture.”
Meanwhile, Irene of Red Velvet officially apologized after the controversy over an editor and stylist’s exposure in October of last year. Since then, she appeared as a complete Red Velvet at the SM online concert in January. She attracted attention, and recently expressed her apology once again through the fan community.
