
Kpop singer Kassy won the Kpop Singer Award at the ‘Korea Culture and Entertainment Awards.’
Kassy won the Kpop Singer Award at the 29th ‘Korea Culture and Entertainment Awards’ held at Hotel Riviera Cheongdam, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, on December 15.
After winning the award, Kassy said, “I’m grateful just for doing what I like. But, I’m perfectly happy to receive an award. The two representatives of Nexstar Entertainment, composer Youngsoo Cho, Nexstar family, our fans and families, I’m always grateful,” she said.
The ‘Korea Culture and Entertainment Awards’ is a comprehensive art awards ceremony in Korea. It selects artists who have contributed to the development of Korean culture and arts by actively working in various cultural and entertainment fields such as music, TV, drama, movie, musicals, and theater every year.
Kpop singer Kassy is celebrating her sixth debut anniversary this year. Music fans love Kassy for songs such as ‘The Day Was Beautiful,’ ‘True Song,’ ‘I Will Light Your Way,’ and ‘Are You Fine.’
Also, she participated in OSTs for dramas ‘My Roommate Is A Gumiho’ and ‘Hometown Chachacha.’
In October, she released her fourth EP album ‘Old Story.’
She has been steadily gaining popularity by ranking on music charts with the title song ‘Poem For You.’
