Kpop idol Sungkyu Kim will communicate more actively with global fans through his official YouTube channel ‘Sungkyu Special City.’
He attracted the attention of fans by releasing the channel name, ‘Sungkyu Special City’ as his official YouTube channel at 10 pm on October 12.
The name of his official YouTube channel is meaningful. He named it together with fans who left naming suggestions in the comments.
He was happily reading the various channel names that show the great ideas of fans. Fans suggested, ‘Daily Sungkyu,’ ‘Gyuniverse,’ ‘Our Sungkyu,’ ‘Dub-gyu,’ ‘Sungkyu Special City,’ ‘Gyukatsu,’ and ‘Bbabbi’s Daily Life.’
Sungkyu Kim even called his mother and INFINITE member Sungjong Lee to ask for their opinions.
Then, his mother recommended ‘Sungkyu Special City’ and ‘Bbabbi’s daily life.’
Also, Sungjong Lee recommended ‘Sungkyu Special City,’ saying, “I think it will be more popular if you named it ‘Sungkyu Special City.”
So, Sungkyu Kim’s final choice was ‘Sungkyu Special City,’ which means a channel containing special time for Sungkyu and fans.
Sungkyu Kim said, “I’m going to show you a lot of good and various sides of me through ‘Sungkyu Special City’ in the future, so look forward to it. From now on, I will see you as much as I want on this channel.”
Then, he shyly said, “Please make sure to like, comment, subscribe, and set notifications,” making viewers laugh.
