Daniel Kang and Jisung Yoon are tested for coronavirus.
On the 24th, Daniel Kang’s agency, Konnect Entertainment, said, “All the artists and staff with close contact to the broadcasters who tested positive for Covid-19 will conduct a preemptive examination.”
Daniel Kang added, “Today’s broadcast stage was prepared by pre-recording before the news of the confirmed case. Immediately after confirming the fact, we sincerely apologize for not receiving the No. 1 trophy in ‘Music Center’ to reduce the number of contacts as much as possible.
Also, Daniel Kang said, “We will continue to comply with the disease regulations and take follow-up measures. We will inform you that all schedules may change depending on the results of the tests.”
On the other hand, Jisung Yoon’s management company LM Entertainment said, “Some cast members of this week’s music broadcast tested positive for Covid-19. Therefore, both artists and staff are planning to conduct a Covid-19 examination. We will inform you as soon as the results comes out.”
The agency also added, “We will reschedule the video call fan signing meeting to another day in the future. We apologize to the fans who have been waiting a lot. We will contact the winners individually, so please understand.”
On that day, OnlyOneOf’s agency, 8D Entertainment, also announced they would conduct a preemptive test for Covid-19. They will self-isolate first before the test result comes out according to the guidelines of the health authorities.
Meanwhile, D-Crunch members Hyunwook and OV went into self-isolation after being positive for Covid-19 this afternoon. D-Crunch appeared on SBS MTV ‘The Show’ on the 20th and MBC Music ‘Show Champion’ on the 21st.
