Group BTS will be the cover model of the Rolling Stone magazine this coming June. Rolling Stone is the leading music magazine in the United States.
On May 13th, Rolling Stone released photos, behind-the-scenes, and BTS interview, for the June magazine content. In the 54-year history of Rolling Stone, BTS is the first Asian Group cover model featured in that magazine.
All seven members look surprised to see something in the cover photo. Their serious eyes and interesting facial expressions are impressive.
In an article titled ‘The Triumph of BTS,’ Rolling Stone highlighted how seven young people redefined the music business rules and became the biggest band in the world.
The article also praised the k-pop group, which boasts global influence. They recognized BTS as a ‘global success group that breaks boundaries and hegemony.’
Aside from that, the article says, “The seven-member BTS, which seems to show a new and better aspect of the world.”
In an interview with Rolling Stone, the members shared various stories. It includes the monumental achievements of ‘Dynamite,’ which they unveiled last year. Also, the members shared their impressions about their success in the American music market and the introduction of the new digital single ‘Butter,’ ahead of its release.
Rolling Stone will also release individual digital covers of the seven members on its official website for seven days from July 14.
