BLACKPINK Lisa is a K-pop female artist breaking records every day with her new solo song, ‘LALISA.’
BLACKPINK Lisa’s solo song topped the global YouTube song chart in the first week of its release.
According to the latest YouTube chart (counted from September 10, 2021 to September 16, 2021), Lisa’s title song, ‘LALISA,’ climbed to the top of the top 100 global YouTube songs. In addition, the most viewed music video in the world over the past week was also ‘LALISA.’
In fact, the song ‘LALISA,’ released on September 10th, became very popular as it climbed to the top of the iTunes Top Song Charts in 72 countries immediately after its release. Also, it ranked 15th on the Spotify global chart and entered the UK’s Official Singles Chart Top 100 at 68th place.
Lisa is currently mass-producing various new records for K-pop female artists. The music video for the title song ‘LALISA’ recorded 73.6 million views on YouTube in 24 hours, breaking the world record for a solo artist. And in two days, it surpassed 100 million views, breaking the new record for the shortest time as a K-pop solo artist.
The Initial period sales of the album ‘LALISA’ also record high. The Initial sales record released by Hanteo Chart on September 17th was a total of 73,622 copies. It surpassed the Initial album sales of BLACKPINK’s ‘THE ALBUM,’ which recorded about 690,000 copies on the Hanteo Chart. Including overseas sales, it is understood that more than 800,000 copies have been sold.
