
Kpop Singer-songwriter Ayeon Baek celebrates her 9th debut anniversary and performs her new song. Ayeon Baek posted on her Instagram on September 9th, “This first unbelievable experience at M Countdown is over.” Singer Ayeon Baek appeared on Mnet’s ‘M Countdown’ on the same day and performed the title song ‘What Do You Do When You Don’t Want To Do Anything,’ from her 5th mini-album ‘Observe.’
In addition, her agency Eden Entertainment posted her photo to celebrate her 9th debut anniversary, on September 10th, saying, “Wow, It’s my 9th-year.”
Ayeon Baek said on Naver V LIVE on September 9th, “I am seeing you a day before my 9th debut anniversary! (D-1). A lot of things happened over the past nine years. Next year will be my 10th debut anniversary. I thought I would be much more mature on my 10th anniversary, and I would be making music at that time. Thanks to you, I am grateful that I am continuing my music. As we have more time to make music in the future, I want us to be together soon,” she thanked her fans.
In 2012, Ayeon Baek received attention by placing 3rd in Season 1 of the SBS TV audition program ‘K-Pop Star,’ and then joined JYP that year. In May 2015, she became known as a music powerhouse by releasing ‘Shouldn’t Have’ and caused a sensation on music charts. Then in, 2016, she released ‘So-So’ followed by ‘Sweet Lies’ in 2019. Meanwhile, she left JYP Entertainment in 2019 and moved to Eden Entertainment.
