Kpop group AESPA became a hot topic after appearing on the popular US talk show ‘The Kelly Clarkson Show’ for the first time.
AESPA appeared on NBC’s ‘The Kelly Clarkson Show,’ which aired around 3 am (KST) on October 16. They performed the new song ‘Savage,’ which captured the attention of global viewers.
Host Kelly Clarkson said, “AESPA surprised the world with ‘Black Mamba,’ which reached 100 million views on YouTube in the shortest time among Kpop group’s debut song music videos. Then, the next single ‘Next Level’ also surpassed 100 million views faster than this.” In addition, Kelly expressed her expectations, saying, “They just released their new album ‘Savage.'”
Soon after, the show revealed the performance of AESPA’s first mini-album title song ‘Savage.’
Kpop group AESPA and their avatar ‘ae-easpa’ appeared together to present a powerful performance that matched the intense song’s atmosphere.
In addition, AESPA said in a video released on the official Instagram of the Kelly Clarkson Show, “We are happy to perform Savage, the new song of the album we released this time on the Kelly Clarkson Show. We wanted to see you in person, but we look forward to the day we can meet. We hope you like today’s performance a lot.”
AESPA topped various domestic and foreign music and album charts with its new song ‘Savage.’
Also, they topped MBC M’s Show! Champion,’ KBS ‘Music Bank.’
Notably, in ‘Music Bank,’ their last single ‘Next Level’ along with ‘Savage’ became the No. 1 candidates, showing phenomenal popularity.
